Gary Smith has called Metro Jackson home since 1974 when he began his career as a cabinet maker and home builder.  His dedication to quality residential construction was highlighted in 2005 as he was awarded Best in Show at the Jackson Association of Home Builders Parade of Homes and Best in State by the State Association. Gary was just named the 2010 Builder of the Year for his support of the NAHB National Green Building Standard through statewide green building training and instructional seminars. 
After having spent the last 35 years building homes and subdivisions Gary is now focused on helping his clients make informed home buying decisions with his work as a licensed home inspector and energy rater.
